Sandwich makers using bread baked with herbs and spices can provide their customers with a stronger fresher flavour by using loaves made with encapsulated extracts, according to UK company TasteTech.

PepsiCo-Quaker deal approved
After months of baited breath soft drinks giant PepsiCo Inc. finally obtained the approval, albeit by a hair's breadth, to buy Quaker Oats Co. and its successful Gatorade brand.
