New delivery formats, hair growth supplements and skin glow formulas are among the latest beauty-from-within launches.

As more beauty consumers biohack their beauty routines using supplements to attempt to slow aging and improve their skin, hair and nails, the beauty-from-within category is estimated to continue to expand in the coming years.

The trends and data firm Euromonitor International has forecast ‘Healthspan Plans’ to be a far-reaching global trend for 2025. In its report, it outlines how health, beauty and wellness consumers are “making behavioral changes to live healthier lives for longer.”

The firm noted that global sales for vitamins, minerals and supplements are projected to reach $139.9 billion in 2025.

As more people ‘biohack’ their beauty and personal care routines, more brands are innovating in this ‘inside-out beauty’ space.

Here’s a rundown of some of the newest launches making waves in this category.

Diso Vitamin Strips, £15.99

As vitamin strips gain momentum as a trending new beauty supplement format, Diso has launched two different versions of its dissolvable, plant-based, sugar-free vitamin strips.

Diso Derma is a biotin supplement that also features folic acid, zinc and bamboo extract and is designed to “stimulate hair growth and improve scalp circulation for thicker hair”. Meanwhile, Diso Snooze contains chamomile and valerian combined with vitamin B6 to calm the body, reduce stress and “produce serotonin and sleep neurotransmitters.”

Seed & Soul, £39.97

The hair growth supplement was created by a UK-based duo: a trichologist and a hair extensions specialist who had both noticed that a growing number of clients in their 20s and 30s were experiencing hair loss, which appeared to be stress-related.

The product is designed to help with hair loss related to hormonal fluctuations or imbalances, immune regulation and nutritional insufficiencies, as well as stress.

Hero ingredients include reishi mushroom and green tea as “natural DHT inhibitors that help to combat hair thinning and loss by blocking the formation of dihydrotestosterone (DHT)” (the hormone linked to hair follicle shrinkage and hair loss).

The formulation also includes myo-inositol, along with vitamin C, iron, selenium, vitamin D, copper, folic acid and vitamins B12, B5, B6, B7 (biotin).
