“I've always had this passion for bringing people together, and really being the catalyst,” said Morgan. “It's a little bit different from Myers–Briggs and it's not how you see the world, but how the world sees you. And I took this profile and it really played up what my strengths were. And one of my major strengths was being a catalyst. That's the name for my fascination vantage –being the catalyst and bringing people together. And once I figured out that I really have this ability to bring people together and thrive on making connections between people, it really started just growing exponentially and I started networking more.”
Fast forward to 2022, Morgan is putting on another What’s Up with Supps event at SupplySide West with 1,200 people expected to attend–something the founder said she still can't wrap her head around. "I'm just so glad people are embracing this and just having a great time while networking."
Another passion of Morgan’s is bodybuilding and more recently, competing.
“So it was my first show and I was really happy and blessed, I took first in the 35+ category and 4th in the novice category. So it was really competitive with a bunch of girls half my age, but I was really happy that I held my own and it was just amazing to see my kids in the audience, especially my daughter, when they announced me as 1st place. So it was just a great feeling.”
Morgan’s secret to success?
“Being consistent. So it's become an addiction now–a very happy addiction that just gives me the energy and the drive. But I do feel like a lot of the principles you learned in bodybuilding can apply to all aspects of your life, both professional and personal.”
When she’s not bodybuilding or planning events with her What’s Up with Supps squad, Morgan serves as the VP of Global Regulatory at Nutrabolt.
