Prior to PanTheryx, she helped Synergy Pharmaceuticals launch the company’s first drug. Previously, she built an extensive career at Johnson & Johnson where she held numerous senior commercial positions across all three business sectors: consumer, medical device and pharmaceuticals.
Cebulski said she was pleasantly surprised to find that her skill sets were transferable across different industries.
“I’m a consumer marketer at heart. I would say that if you are grounded in consumer or patient insights in unmet needs, then success usually follows and both industries are regulated and it's just a matter of really adapting to the guidelines of each.”
When it comes to advice for her kids and younger colleagues, Cebulski said she urges younger generations to not get caught up in one definition of success and simply enjoy the journey.
