The final session of the online conference will bring together two leading experts in infant and maternal nutrition to look at how engagement with parents, and World Health Organisation (WHO) guidelines are shaping the evolution of the sector.
Charlotte Stirling-Reed, owner and nutrition consultant at SR Nutrition will join Edwina Revel, programme director at Early Start Group to explore the development of the sector by looking at how infant nutritional requirements have shaped product development, and particularly how brands achieve this in line with the WHO Code of marketing and other relevant codes of conduct.
The session will also look at how infant and maternal nutrition manufacturers address parental needs and misconceptions; what are they are doing well, and what else they could do to better communicate the key messages used to promote products.
