Regulations
Such regulatory challenges will be addressed by the likes of the Global Alliance for Probiotics (GAP) which has been making quiet progress toward the EU’s first approved probiotic health claim.
Luca Bucchini PhD will make a rare public appearance to share key insights from the ‘rogue’ Italian market.
There will also be round-table discussions tackling global issues, input from prebiotic cereal makers, supplement and pharma players, retailers and regulators not to mention a science poster competition for the first time.
