information on both soy proteins and soy isoflavones.
Israeli soy ingredients specialist Solbar Industries has redesigned its website, to include the latest technical and scientific information on both soy proteins and soy isoflavones.
The firm said the website would improve information sources on soy for R&D professionals, food technologists, buyers and senior managers. The new website contains updated clinical research, a periodic newsletter and articles written by Solbar technical experts as well as new product applications and details on Solbar's range of soy products.
"This new website was designed to be a user friendly source of important information for our customers and distributors worldwide," said Gary Brenner, director of marketing at Solbar.
Solbar Industries is made up of the two units Solbar Hatzor and Solbar Plant Extracts recently brought together under one roof. The firm is planning to launch its new soy protein isolate - Solpro 900 - in September.
